Questions
Do we need a server or software installation?
No. The system runs in the browser, and it can be installed as an app on computers and phones with one click.
What if the internet goes down?
Nursing entries (vital signs, fluids, doses) are saved on the device and sent automatically when the connection returns. Other screens need a connection.
Where is our data kept?
On a dedicated server in a data centre in Germany, isolated from other hospitals’ data, with an encrypted daily backup. The hospital administrator can export all of it at any time.
How long does it take to start?
Sign-up takes a minute. The administrator then adds departments, wards, beds and staff, and work can start the same day.
Does it work in English?
Yes. Each staff member chooses Arabic or English, and printouts follow the interface language.
